Please note that the deadline for applications for 1st Year 2026-27 has
now passed.
Applications received after noon on the 22nd October, 2025 are
deemed to be LATE and will be processed in accordance with
the school's Admissions Policy
ALL Applications are required to have the student's original birth cert
(which MUST be photocopied by our office staff) and
proof of address as part of the application process.

2026/27
Our Open Day for incoming First Years is scheduled for Thursday 1st October, 2026 from 4.00pm until 6.30pm.
The admission process will be open on our website www.ashcom/admissions at noon on the 1st October where our online application form will be available,
along with the Admissions Notice with details of available places in 1st Year 2027-28
The school shall cease accepting applications for admission at noon on 22nd October, 2026.
There will be two information talks during the evening. Both talks will contain the same information so you only need to sign up for one.
Session 1 will take place at 4pm
Session 2 will take place at 5.15pm

ADMISSIONS POLICY STATEMENT
The Board of Management of Ashbourne Community School set down its |Admissions Policy as required by the Education (Admissions to Schools) Act 2018.
The Board hopes that this policy will assist Parents/Guardians & Students in their choice of school and in respect of admissions and enrolment issues.
