The PTA and the BOM of Ashbourne Community School are providing 10 scholarships for a 3 week stay in the Gaeltacht this coming summer. Students from first to fifth year have been asked to submit an essay to their Irish teacher by the Christmas holidays and the lucky recipients will be announced by the end of January.  A big ‘thank you’ to the PTA and the BOM for their generous contribution to this initiative.
