Board of Management

The school is managed by a board of management, which is responsible for the setting of policy for the school and giving direction to the practices in the school. The board of management changes every three years. The new board began its three-year term in September 2005.
By agreement, the Board rotates the position of chairperson among the partners on a regular basis. The Board of Management consists of representatives from the following bodies, the Trustees (R.C Bishop of Meath and county Meath V.E.C.), the parents and the teaching staff. The Trustee representatives are nominated the by the respective trustees while the parent and teacher representatives are elected by their respective constituents. The new Board of Management commencing September 2011 is constituted as follows:

Finance

The School Budget is operated by the Principal, Ms. Aine O'Sullivan, in conjunction with the Board of Management and in turn the Board of Management is directly accountable to the Department of Education & Skills.

Health and Safety

The Health and Safety statement was accepted and approved by the Board of Management. Each staff member is given a copy.
