AN INTRODUCTION TO DRAWING
Increase you awareness and ability to draw the world around, through close observation. This drawing group will focus on gestural drawing, learning how tone works, scaling-up, upside down drawing, blind drawing, negative-space drawing, cross-hatching, drawing with an eraser, self-expression, linear construction, rubbings, mark making.....all with uptodate handouts, demonstrations and group discussions. Early booking is essential, small classes guaranteed.
MATERIALS LIST
Sketch pad (large), a selections of lead pencils 2H, HB, 2B, 6B, 8B, an eraser, a few sticks of charcoal, a felt-tipped pen, black biro, pen and ink (sepia), fixative or good hair spray.
