Council Members

My name is Lauren. I’m in 5th year. I am Chairperson of the Student Council. I have been in the Council since 2^nd year.    
My name is Stephanie, I'm in 5th year. I’m vice-Chairperson and head of the Battle of the Bands Committee. I am also a mentor this year for class Shakespeare. 

My name is Andy. I am the Internet Officer on the Student Council. I am in 5th year, class Campbell. I am in charge of updating the Student Coucil page on the school website.

My name is Michael Burnell I'm in class Macken in 5th year. I've been in the Student Council since 2nd year.           

My Name is Niall  I'm in 5th year, class Campbell. I'm in charge of mentors this year. My mentor class is class Heeney. I'm just out of TY. good craic!!

My name is Sook Ye, I’m 16 and am in 5th year. I am secretary of the Student Council. I’ve been in the Council since 1^st year.          

My name is George Timmons. I have been on the Student Council since 1^st year, and am in Transition year. I am the new Treasurer of the Council.                          

My name is Niamh Connell. I’m in 3rd year, class Berlin. I am the Anti-Bullying Officer. I hope to make anti-bullying day more known and fun.         

I’m Siofra Cleary. I am in class Madrid in 3rd year. I am 13. I like Gaelic Football and Horse Riding. I hope to help the students in the school enjoy themselves and improve it.      

My name is David Munnelly, I’m 15. I’m in Transition Year, class Birch. I am on the Interview Commitee. My job is to interview students who want to join. I aim to help students with any problems.       

My name is Aoife Smith.  I'm in Class Rome.  My Tutor is Miss Hickey. I am in 3rd year and I joined the Student Council in 1st year. I hope to achieve greatness in the world. I love swimming.       

My name is Aoife Hickey. I'm in 3rd year class Berlin. I've been on the Student Council since 1st year. I decided to join the Student Council because I wanted to play an active part in the organization of the events hosted by the Student Council.  The Council represents our school and I wanted to take part in that. 

My name is Aisling Kelly and I'm in 2nd year. I am on the B.O.B. commitee. I joined the Student Council because I wanted to help the students and the school. I hope to do so in any way I can.

My name is Emily Bowe I am in 2nd year. I joined the Student Council at the end of 1st year because I wanted have a voice in my shool.. I love being on the council because it lets us make our school a better place

My name is Niamh Crowther I joined the Student Council because I'm interested in making the school a better and more fun environment. I am in 2nd year and I joined at the end of 1st year.We organis fundraisers like cake sales, card competitions and the famous B.O.B.! Every year we go to Newgrange to organise what we will do for the coming year. I would recommend the Student Council to everyone. It's a great experience in which you have lots of fun while helping the school!! :) 

My name is Matthew Brady I'm 16 and am in TY. I am the Public Relations Offeicer and Vice B.O.B. Officer. I hope to organise a kick-ass BOB this year (The most kick-ass ever). Also I want to create more opportunity for musicians in the school. I love classic rock and ice-cream.

My name is David Swan I'm 16 and in TY. I want to get involved in the school and have a say in what happens. I would also like to make B.O.B. a more enjoyable experience for everyone.

My name is Fabian Abrudan I'm in 2nd year class Milton and I'm 13. I am the vice-Health and Safety Officer. I want to make the school a better place.

My name is Philip Norton I'm 14 and am in 2nd year. I am the vice-P.R.O. Officer. I joined the Student Council to get involved in the school (and because it looks great on a CV) I recommend the Student Council because it is a great way to get involved in the school and help your year group with any problems.
